The check-in staff were exceptional. The room size and facilities were very good. The restaurant offered good food, and the service was outstanding. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the airport terminal.

It is very close to the airport; it took me 5 minutes to walk with my suitcases. The check-in went quickly, and the staff was excellent and very friendly. The room is straightforward, just enough to spend a day or a night in it. The bed was comfy. I had a perfect night's sleep after more than 15 hours of plane travel. The breakfast was excellent. It was deftly a present stop to refresh before I caught another plane the next day. I definitely will stay there again.

It is narrowly concentrated on serving people traveling through Vienna. You get to check in and out anytime you need. There is flight information available on the screens. The checkout doesn’t take any time. Literally 0 seconds. You just drop the keys. Nice breakfast. Very close to airport. Staff is helpful. I would definitely use it anytime I need hotel close to the airport. I guess they would also wake you up if you ask them. There is also a way from airport to the front of the hotel under the ground. In case you don’t feel walking outside. It could be useful. From Mitte to the hotel is exactly 16 minutes.

The NH is a VERY short walk to return the rental car and a crosswalk away from the terminal. It is very clean and well-designed. There was a nice bar on site, but I am not sure of the prices there, since we just walked through it to get to our elevator.

The location, staff and the hotel were very nice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from and the food was fresh. It is perfectly situated next to the airport.

A very short walk from both the Terminals and station, self check-in meant I arrived and was in my room in about two minutes. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of great lighting options. Really appreciated the black-out curtains, the selection of glasses for drinking, the quality of the toiletries, and the cleanliness of everything. Also loved the early-bird breakfast option as well as the selection of food and drinks in the foyer self-serve shop - great idea. Reception could not have been more helpful in making sure my stay met my needs.

The hotel is a short walk from the terminal and easy to find as we could see it but we had to ask Information in the airport how to find the right exit from the airport as it was not obviously signed. The person at reception was very pleasant and efficient. The room was spacious, big bathroom, quiet and very comfortable with nice bedding. Checking out was express. The buffet was reasonably priced and the food was tasty and fresh. It was all we needed for a one night stay.

Perfect for a leisure traveler, one looking to explore Vienna for a day with a midday flight the next day. Both the train station and my departure terminal were right across the street. I arrived early and was able to drop off my bag before checking in later in the evening. The facility is top notch, and the staff very welcoming and professional. My room was exactly what I needed for a great and comfortable stay. I'll definitely repeat this type of visit!

I have early flight so it is very convenient for that since the hotel is right next to the airport. The breakfast starts at 5:30 also serves the purpose of early flight. The facilities are really nice, the room is clean and comfortable, the toiletries are also really nice.

This hotel is in a great location for coming into Vienna by train and having to fly out in the morning! The hotel has all the ammenities, a restaurant and bar. The breakfast is good with lots of hot and cold choices. The staff are very helpful and professional. I needed an iron and the staff brought up an iron and ironing board right away! Definitely a good place to stay when catching a flight, walk accross the street and you are at the front door of the airport.
